Baggage Storage

While you go about your other activities, we will store your luggage free of charge in our luggage storage.

Breakfast

Enjoy a delicious and abundant breakfast every morning in our Zen restaurant between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. The breakfast and half-board menu can be found in the folder in your room.

Change of Bed Linen

For longer stays, the bed linen will be changed at least twice a week.

Charging Station / Various Adapters (on request)

Please contact the reception if you need an adapter or have other charging requirements.

Charging Station for Electric Bicycles and Other Electric Vehicles

This service is provided free of charge in the hotel area for our guests. Please ask our receptionist for more information.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: Rooms are available for check-in from 14:00.
• Check-out: The latest check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
  Upon special request, if no other guests are arriving, these times may be flexible. Please check with the receptionist.

Cleaning

Your room will be cleaned daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can indicate this by using the sign provided in the folder, which can be hung on your door handle.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact our reception as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. Complaints can be made verbally or in writing. The guestbook is available at the reception.

Computer Assistance

If you experience issues with your computer settings or any software problems, please notify the reception, and we will assist you.

Connector Adapter / Plug

If you need a connector adapter, please contact the reception.

Electricity

Some rooms are equipped with a plastic key that is used to power your room's electricity. Please do not remove it from the device next to the entrance door, as it is necessary to keep the electricity flowing (mini-fridges are powered 24/7).

Express Check-out

You can check-in and check-out at the reception 24 hours a day. Once your bill is paid, checking out only takes a few seconds.

Extra Blanket / Extra Pillow

Extra blankets and pillows are available upon request. Please inform the receptionist.

Free High-Speed Wi-Fi

We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi for our guests. 

Internet Terminal + Printing

We provide an internet terminal with a desktop computer and printer. Please inform the receptionist if you would like to use this service.

Ironing

If you would like to iron your clothes, please notify the receptionist. If possible, we will do it immediately, but at most within 1 hour. Upon request, we can also provide an ironing board and iron in your room.

Leisure Time

Győr offers countless experiences! We highly recommend our partner gyeregyorbe.hu for boat tours and city guide programs with themed walks. Further information is available at the reception, and a catalog with other programs (museums, attractions, etc.) is also available.

Lunch and Dinner

Lunch and dinner are served between 10:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

Massage, Cosmetic Treatments, Make-Up, Pedicure, Gel Polish

Our hotel offers high-quality services in collaboration with Pretty Expressz, a mobile cosmetics, pedicure, and massage provider. You don’t even have to leave your room—our partner provides full mobile equipment for these services. Details are available in the folder. Additionally, we offer on-site massage options, including KokoThai and Balinese massages. To book any service, please inform the receptionist.

Parking

Free parking is available for hotel guests in a closed courtyard. If needed, we are happy to assist with parking.

Photocopying

Photocopying is available at the reception for a fee. Please ask the receptionist for more details on photocopying fees.

Public Phone

A public phone is available at the reception.

Radio

You can listen to radio programs on the television in your room. Available channels can be found in the program guide.

Reception

The reception is open for at least 10 hours a day, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. However, our reception is available 24/7 via phone or digital communication (Viber, WhatsApp) at +36 30/841-0847.

Rental of Sports Equipment

For active rest or to relieve stress, Győr E-scooters and GyőrBikes are available for rent at various locations throughout the city. Please ask the receptionist for further information on rental locations.

Restaurant, Food, and Drink

Our ZEN Restaurant serves Vietnamese cuisine and sushi, open every day with mouth-watering oriental dishes.

Room Service

Room service is available from the hotel’s restaurant upon request. Please inform your server if you would like this service.

Safe

A central safe is available at the reception. Please ask the receptionist for details.

Sewing Service

If you need any sewing services, please let the receptionist know, and they will assist you immediately.

Shoe Cleaning Service

We offer shoe cleaning upon request. Please notify the reception if you require this service. Kindly refrain from using white towels for shoe cleaning. A shoe cleaning kit is also available at the reception.

A’ la Carte Restaurant Hours

The A'la carte restaurant is open:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM
• Friday and Saturday: 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
  Menus for full board (breakfast + lunch + dinner) and half board (breakfast + lunch or breakfast + dinner) can be found in the folder. Room service is available upon request.

Towels, bath towels and bed linen 

You will find towels and bath sheets on the bed. We change them daily upon request. If you want a change, leave the towel on the floor.
We change your bed linen at least twice a week. Upon special request, as needed, we provide daily replacement of used bed linen; indicate your request to the reception colleague!

Transfer Limousine Service

We offer transfer services for a fee. Limousine rental is also available. Please ask the reception for more information.

Transporting Your Luggage

We are happy to assist with transporting your luggage within the hotel. Please inform the receptionist if you require help.

Umbrella

Umbrellas are available free of charge at the reception.

Wake-up Service

Don’t worry about waking up early. Let us take care of it! Please inform the receptionist of your desired wake-up time.

Washing and Ironing

Our hotel has a laundry service. We offer washing and ironing for a fee. Please ask the receptionist for pricing information.
